Terms of service.

The legal terms for using Midday Drip. Written in plain English. We've kept these as short and clear as we can while still being legally tight.

Agreement.

By using middaydrip.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Midday Drip Ltd Co (a Texas LLC). We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with the effective date at the top.

Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on Midday Drip. The site is intended for use by adults in the United States. If you're under 18, please don't use the site. Wholesale and B2B accounts are open only to legitimate businesses with valid resale documentation where required.

Account responsibility.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at mira@middaydrip.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We're not liable for losses from compromised credentials you didn't tell us about.

Orders, pricing, and payment.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a pricing error is obvious, if we suspect fraud, or if shipping to your location is restricted. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping (which are calculated at checkout). Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we never see your card details. We charge your card at the moment of order placement (or, for subscriptions, on the recurring billing date).

Subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose (Solo monthly, Duo monthly, Trio monthly). You can skip a shipment, change your origin selection, pause, or cancel anytime through your account page or by emailing mira@middaydrip.com. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle if made at least 24 hours before that cycle bills. No early-cancellation fees, no minimums, no lock-ins.

Shipping.

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from roast. Coffee is roasted to order, so the order ships within 48–72 hours of placement. We don't guarantee delivery dates but we'll always email tracking. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Full shipping policy at /shipping.

Returns and refunds.

Coffee is perishable, so we don't take opened bags back for resale. But if you don't love a bag, or your order arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right. Full policy at /returns.

Intellectual property.

The Midday Drip name, logo, drop mark, brand voice, photography, product copy, and site design are ours. The blog and journal posts are ours. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them commercially without written permission. You may share links to the site, screenshot pages for personal use, and post about us on social media (please tag @midday_drip).

User content.

If you tag us on Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok, or send us photos by email, you grant Midday Drip a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost your content on our channels with credit. You retain ownership of your content. We'll never post anything that identifies you by name without your explicit permission.

Disclaimers.

Coffee is a food product. Specialty coffee contains caffeine and may not be suitable for everyone. The Apothecary line (mushroom blends) is a dietary supplement, not a medical product — it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about its effects have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult a doctor before consuming any caffeinated or mushroom-supplemented product.

The site is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We're a small operation; we try our best.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midday Drip's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold Midday Drip harmless from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law and disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Travis County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against us.

Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, attempt to defraud us, or use the site in a way that harms us or other customers. You can terminate your account at any time by emailing mira@middaydrip.com.

Severability and miscellaneous.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it. These terms, plus our Privacy Policy and any policies linked from the site, are the entire agreement between you and Midday Drip — they replace any prior understanding.
