If it isn't, we make it right. Damage replaced at our cost. Coffee you don't love refunded or swapped. Subscriptions you can leave whenever. No friction, no fine print.

Six situations,
one principle.

If you wouldn't serve the cup to a friend, you shouldn't have to keep the bag. We treat returns the way we treat curation — honestly, and on your side.

— No. 01

Damaged or wrong order.

If your bag arrives damaged, sealed wrong, or you got the wrong origin, we make it right at our cost. Email mira@middaydrip.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the bag and your order number, and we ship a replacement on the next outgoing pickup. No return shipping required — keep, recycle, or compost the original.

You don’t love it.

Coffee is personal. If you’ve brewed a few cups from a bag and it’s not for you, email mira@middaydrip.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll either refund the bag or swap it for an origin we think you’ll like better. We don’t need the bag back — opened coffee can’t be resold for food-safety reasons.

Unopened, unused returns.

If the bag is still sealed and you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Email mira@middaydrip.com first so we can issue a return label. The bag must arrive in resaleable condition (sealed, no damage). Refund issues to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Subscriptions.

Subscriptions skip, swap, or cancel any time, no questions, no friction. Manage from your account page or the link at the bottom of every shipment-notification email. We don’t charge cancellation fees and we don’t lock you into minimums.

Wares (mugs, tumblers).

Drinkware (The Cup, The Carry, The Tasting) can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Email mira@middaydrip.com to start a return; we’ll send a prepaid label. Damage from shipping is replaced free; we just need a photo within 14 days of delivery.

Atlas Series limited drops.

Atlas Series bags are sourced personally and produced in limited quantities. Same flavor-promise refund applies (No. 02), but we can’t always swap for the same origin if a drop is sold out. We’ll offer a refund or a swap to a Lineup origin of equal value.

What happens
after you email.

Send a note to mira@middaydrip.com with your order number and a brief description of what went wrong. Here's the timeline.

  1. Within 1 business day

    You’ll get a personal reply from Mira (not a bot, not a queue).

  2. Within 2–3 business days

    Replacement bag ships, or refund is issued to your original payment method.

  3. Within 5–7 business days

    Refund posts to your bank or card statement (timing depends on your issuer).
